Falling into Fun...

What a busy Fall it has been already at Scrappin' Happily Ever After!   So far in October alone there was the Yard Sale, several classes, make and takes, and crops.  But wait...there is more fun to be had at S.H.E.A (who are we kidding, there is ALWAYS fun to be had at S.H.E.A).

Do not forget to check out the S.H.E.A calendar regularly.  Ivy adds new classes and events often.  Here is a quick review of what is coming up in the next week or so.  Today (10/24) there is a Fall Layout Class with Flora.  This Saturday (10/27) there is a Teen/Tween Costume Class and Crop.  Then the always laid back Cameo/Cricut Crop will be on Sunday (10/28).

Ivy is taking appointments for individual Silhouette lessons on November 1st.   This is a great way to get some one on one time to learn how much your Cameo can do. The entire session is geared toward what you want to learn, and your level of experience with the Cameo.  Whether it is learning how to do certain processes, figuring out what the icons actually do in Sil Studio, or working on a specific project, these individual lessons are a fantastic way to get to know your Silhouette better.  It doesn't get much better than that.

Although Fall has just begun, and we are still preparing for Halloween next week, we know the Holiday season is just around the corner.  Thanksgiving will be here before we know it, and 'tis the season to start making your holiday and Christmas cards.  Ivy has started a brand new "workshop" at S.H.E.A called "Card Salad & Scrapbook Buffet."  She gets us all started with some great inspiration and starters for cards and/or pages, provides the tools we need to create the projects, and then we get to customize with the paper and embellishment selections of our choice (like picking our own ingredients and toppings at the salad bar).  The first Card Salad workshop was a success and there will be more posted on the calendar soon.  It would be a great way to get some inspiration and get those holiday cards going.

Bookmark the S.H.E.A calendar and check back frequently.  There is a lot of fun and crafting to be had this Fall!
